DOT/Non-DOT Drug Screen

• Urine testing for marijuana, cocaine, (meth)amphetamines, PCP, and Opiates.
• $15 Collection fee (with established lab account/MRO) Drivers or employees have a pre-printed CCF form and only need collection and shipping.
• Collection/Lab/MRO fee using our Interstate Chiropractic account for those without an established lab account and we provide results e-mail, fax, or mail. Results typically 1-2 days. $60
• Instant drug screen to test for THC, Coc, Opi, Met. $30

Drug screens need to be completed no later than 6:00PM M-Th and 4:00PM Friday

Alcohol Screen

• Breath Alcohol Screen using latest Alcovisor Jupiter BAT unit. DOT/FMCSA approved confirmatory test. $25.00 in-house with immediate results
